Ryan Auger founded Redwood Operations to bring institutional-quality management to commercial real estate assets in the Southeast. With a hands-on approach and an owner-operator mindset, Ryan oversees every aspect of the portfolio — from acquisitions and lease negotiations to capital improvements and day-to-day facility operations.

Ryan built the Redwood platform from the ground up, starting with self storage facilities and expanding into multi-tenant industrial properties across Georgia and South Carolina. His approach combines disciplined underwriting with a deep commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that every property performs at its highest potential.
